To make sure you're getting the most out of the MOVE Bank App and that it's working as expected, from 9 March 2021 you'll need to ensure that you've updated to the latest version available to continue using this service.
What do I need to do?
Please ensure that you've updated the MOVE Bank App to the latest version as older app versions will soon be unsupported. To prevent any disruption of service, we recommend that members update to the latest version of the app as soon as possible.
Update the MOVE Bank App in two easy steps:
- Open Google Play and search and select the MOVE Bank App
- Select 'UPDATE'
- Select the App Store icon located on the home screen
- Select the ‘Accounts’ option in the top right-hand corner of your screen and select the ‘UPDATE’ button next to the MOVE Bank App icon
