Your application will be assessed by our Hardship team and a decision will be communicated to you within 21 days. While your request for assistance is being assessed, we encourage you to pay as much as you can reasonably afford off your loan.

If you’ve been paying extra into your loan, you might be ahead on your payments and eligible to take a break from your repayments. Please call the team on 1300 362 216 to see if you're eligible.
You may also be covered by insurance for your loan repayments through income protection, credit protection insurance or your superannuation.
