Available 24/7, Live Chat can answer your general enquiries and help you get the information you need about our products and interest rates faster.

What is Live Chat?

Live Chat is a channel on our website which you can use to ask general questions such as:

  • What is MOVE Bank’s BSB?
  • What are your interest rates?
  • Can I apply for a home loan?

During business hours, our Member Specialists will be available for further support and can help book appointments with our Lending Specialists at a time convenient for you at our branch or over the phone.

Outside of business hours, our ‘Mutual Industry Assistant’ bot – better known as MIA – will assist you with general enquires about our products, interest rates and support tools.

How does it work?

When you’re on our website, you should see our Live Chat option appear in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.  

To begin a chat session, click ‘Let’s Chat’ and ask your question to MIA.

If you’d prefer to speak directly to our Member Specialists, simply ask MIA and she’ll direct you to an available consultant.

If a Member Specialist is unavailable, MIA will ask for your contact information and details of your enquiry and we’ll be in touch within 24 - 48 business hours.

What enquiries can I make through Live Chat?

We can only answer general enquiries through Live Chat, so if you need personalised assistance please call us on 1300 362 216.

Is Live Chat available through Internet Banking?

Live Chat is not available through Internet Banking, only through the MOVE Bank website.   

What happens to the information I discuss during a chat session?

Rest assured- your conversation will be securely stored with us.

Can I get a copy of my chat transcript?

Of course! Once your chat has ended, you’ll be asked if you’d like to receive an email copy of your transcript.
