For security reasons from 1 April 2019 increased daily limits are only available to members who are registered for One Time Passwords.
One Time Passwords adds an extra level of security to your Internet Banking through a two-step authentication process.
What does this mean?
If you need to temporarily raise your daily account transfer limit, you'll need to be registered for One Time Passwords first. If you have a joint account and want to temporarily raise your transfer limit, both account holders must be registered for One Time Passwords.

Registration is easy!
- Login to Internet Banking and have your mobile handy
- Go to the 'Services' menu and select 'Manage One Time Passwords'
- Follow the prompts to finalise
