We would like to take a moment to announce the retirement of Kellie Dyer and Andrew Hughes from the MOVE Bank Board of Directors.
We wish you both all the best on your future endeavours and extend our thanks to both Kellie and Andrew for their service to MOVE Bank and the contributions they have made to the organisation.
We would also like to take this opportunity to introduce our two newest Board members Marcus Salouk and Rachel Adair, who joined the Board of Directors in July 2021.
Marcus Salouk
Marucs comes from a background of computer engineering with specialities in data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence. In his more recent roles Marcus has focused on corporate advisory, capital raising, and mergers and acquisitions for small and mid size markets.
Marcus holds a wealth of qualifications including a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering with First Class Honours, a Masters in Applied Finance and Investment, and a Masters in Computational Data Analytics.
Rachel Adair
Rachel is a chartered accountant with over 10 years of experience across PwC and Aurizon. In her current role with Aurizon Rachel leads a diverse team in the field of internal financial reporting. Rachel is also responsible for Capital Governance and oversees the capital approval process in addition to managing continuous improvement projects across planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting and automation.
