Not only are they specialists in the field, but they can often provide you with better exchange rates than the banks, quicker transfer times, no Send transaction fees, a dedicated account manager, and much more!
Keeping our customers’ funds secure is of the utmost importance to us. Send Payments is regulated in Australia by both ASIC and AUSTRAC and they also hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL 509635).
Send doesn’t charge a transaction fee for it’s services. However, corresponding and intermediary banks may charge fees when sending and receiving money to and from Send. For full information on how Send charges for its services, please review its PDS and FSG
Scam Safety: Send Payments is safe and legitimate, however, it's still important to protect yourself from scams. Send Payments will never contact you without you requesting their contact first, or Move Bank requesting contact on your behalf. Send Payments will never suggest you invest or transfer funds to an account that is not owned by Send Payments or their liquidity partners, (including to prevent fraud)."
