We have updated our Conditions of Use to ensure it is compliant with the new Customer Owned Banking Code of Practice. The content changes are minor and include the following items. We also took the opportunity to refresh the format of the Conditions of Use.
- Changes in relation to using electronic verification
- Amendments to joint account operations
- New section for digital only accounts as well as updates to how we send notices and statement for digital only accounts
