What this means is that from 18 December 2023, when you next visit the branch, we'll be at Level 1, 179 Ann St (The Queensland Law Society building) Brisbane City.
The next time you visit us, we’ll be at our new location. We've made a decision to bring all of our people together in one location to allow us to collaborate more easily on providing excellent member experiences.

Q: Why are we/you moving?
A: As the needs of our members changed, it made sense for us to move our people into one space.
Q: What are the hours of the new branch?
A: Same as our old/current branch. Mon - Fri: 9.30 am - 4.00 pm (AEST).
Q: What will I be able to do at the new branch? / What services are we losing?
A: You will still be able to access all of the same services you did at the old/current location.
Q: What is happening to the staff at the branch?
A: They are relocating to the new location. No one’s job has been impacted by the change.
Q: Can I get cash at the new branch?
A: Both the old/current and new branch are cashless sites. MOVE’s Visa debit card offers access to all ATMs in Australia.
Q: Is the new branch accessible?
A: Yes, the foyer of the building is accessible, and the elevator inside will take you to level 1 where we are located.
