MOVE Bank experienced an outage which impacted all Visa card transactions between the hours of 12:30 am and 9:25 am today. 

This issue was caused by the transition to our new fraud monitoring systems overnight. Our team worked urgently to fix the problem and by 9:25 am all Visa card services were restored.

We fully understand this has caused inconvenience to our members this morning, and we would like to thank you for your patience.

The new 24/7 Visa card monitoring service called Orion is provided by Indue Ltd, a Queensland based company.  For additional security and protection, the Orion team may contact you to verify transactions on your card.
