Things to keep in mind this festive season

Let us know you’re travelling
If you're travelling overseas, call us on 1300 362 216 during business hours and let us know what countries you’re visiting, your travel dates and also an alternative contact number in case we need to contact you.

Lost cards
If you’ve lost your ATM card, please ring us immediately on 1300 362 216 during business hours and let us know. You can also call the Visa Lost/ Stolen Card hotline outside of business hours on 1800 621 199. Otherwise you can lock your card via the MOVE Bank App.

Transferring money and paying bills
Make sure you keep in mind transferring to other banks on public holidays as they may take a little longer. If you need to send money from MOVE Bank to another bank by Christmas, we recommend – as a minimum – to send your transfers by 3:45 pm Friday December 20, in order to reach the recipient in time for Christmas.

Otherwise you can register for Pay ID and send and receive funds in new real time 24/7 - 365 days of the year.

Insurance claims and assistance
Members can lodge insurance claims with our Insurance Partner CGU Insurance on 13 24 80 or start the claim process at cgu.com.au/claims
