Contact Centre:               Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 4.30 pm AEST

To help stop the spread of COVID-19 within the community we ask you to practice social distancing and use our online and telephone banking services whenever possible.

As you can imagine our Brisbane Contact Centre are experiencing higher than usual call volumes, as members need to speak to us regarding the impact of COVID-19 on their personal circumstances. While we are doing our utmost to help all our callers as quickly as possible, you may experience increased wait times in peak periods.

Your financial wellbeing is our number one priority, and we are here to help you during this difficult time. If you are experiencing financial hardship from the impact of COVID-19, we have a support package available which includes the opportunity to defer loan repayments  on home loans for up to six months (with a check in at 3 months), and on all other loans for up to 3 months.
