At MOVE Bank we are committed to ensuring our members are protected with the highest levels of security while banking online.
As a result, we've recently updated the PIN login requirements for the MOVE Bank app.
From now on, MOVE Bank app PINs must NOT:
- Include your membership number
- Be all one number (e.g. 2222)
- Increase or decrease sequentially (e.g. 123456, 654321)
If your current app login includes any of the points listed above, you will receive a message when you next login to the app which states “A stronger PIN must be used”.
If this happens to you, simply select ‘Forgot Login’ and re-register with a stronger PIN.
